Having packed up my entire life and moved to Sydney from the UK, I adored the opportunities of this new space. Working with my photographic drone, DLSR and on film, I'm attempting to transfer the awe and beauty of humanity and the ocean onto the screen. Now back in London, I've been sinking my teeth into the world of food & hospitality photography, as well as learning videography at a new level.

Starting my photography journey at age 14 with an interest in portraiture inspired by the works of Petra Collins and Olivia Bee, I adored experimenting with colour, femininity and dreamlike states. Following this, I began to explore post-production software, rendering neon effects to visualise a retro-futuristic aesthetic. I have now been shooting for over nine years, and portraiture has remained at the forefront of this passion, especially during the lockdown where I experimented with self-portraiture in order to improve my technical skills. In 2018 I won the Young Photographer award at the Surrey Photographic Open. The interview conducted can be found here.

I entered the world of oceanic photography through my university sailing club, learning video editing and drone work on the job. I later went on to act as the media officer for the British University Sailing Association, coordinating and creating content across a variety of platforms, helping to engage USC's across the country. At the University of Exeter, during my undergraduate degree, I managed the media and publicity for the Photography society, the Sailing club, and the Student Media Team, which furthered my passion for creative engagement through social media channels. This work included video production and editing, website design, content creation, algorithmic analysis, and event photography. This all culminated in me receiving the Athletic Union's 2021/2022 Media Award.

With many of my images being influenced by the sea, I adore the intersection between nautical photography and portraiture. Shooting my friends as they surf, sail or wakeboard, with grainy and hazy memory-oriented images, I wish to capture the romance in the simplistic act of being with the water.
